The HVAC industry is in critical need of qualified service and maintenance technicians. The systems and equipment in our industry, like most, are becoming more computerized and technical every year. The industry is looking for tech savvy individuals that want to work with their hands and intelligence, in an industry where the motivated individual can make a substantial income.
We have developed an exciting three-week Train-A-Tech program to quickly provide the skills needed to allow the right individuals to get trained, certified, hired and making money in this exciting industry. We have over 50 HVAC contractors looking to hire maintenance technicians upon graduation!
Attend Johnstone Supply’s Train-A-Tech program! In just 3 weeks, this series of classroom, on-line classes, hands-on drills, and in the field training will get you equipped with the skills needed to perform the tasks of a maintenance technician. This program will cover:
You will also have the opportunity to take industry exams to receive the NATE HVAC Support Technician certificate and the EPA 608 certification (required to purchase refrigerant), in addition to receiving over $1000 worth of tech tools!!
Potential students will be required to pass a screening at Johnstone Supply. Acceptance into the program will be based on personality, intelligence, mechanical abilities, and basic education skills. Industry knowledge is NOT required.
Since this is our inaugural class, the program fee has been reduced from $3800 to only $1200 to cover the cost of the tools and tests required.
