Sales Representative (HVAC/Building Automation)

Brophy Air Specialty Group, LLC is a well-established HVAC/Building Automation Service Company that is actively seeking a Sales Representative to strategically grow sales to both new and existing customers. The right candidate will have a proven record of being a top performer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Market and promote company services to applicable customers through presentations, literature, demonstrations, etc.
  • Prepare pricing and proposals for sales opportunities
  • Work closely with other project and service sales representatives within the company to incorporate building automation system solutions into their sales efforts
  • Stay current on building automation/controls system technologies, market trends, and competitive threats
  • Develop relationships with local consulting engineers, property and facility managers, mechanical contractors, and owner/developers in order to assist them with energy saving solutions
  • Executive level presentations
  • Consistent Call Activity at the decision maker level

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales-related role
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently
  • Have the ability to proactively generate and qualify sales opportunities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly ethical and creative with very strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Leadership Character
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
